Wine is at the heart of what we do. We pour one of the most singular wine lists in Paris, the result of more than 10 years of work and encounters out among the vines. Unpretentious but deeply convinced, our wines, like our cooking, respect living nature and are the result of true craft.
150 committed producers
Market gardeners, livestock farmers, fishermen… Every one of our partner producers is carefully chosen against a strict, demanding sourcing charter we’ve upheld for more than 10 years.
